For anything — general questions, privacy or account requests, billing, or feedback — email us directly at nomad@dexworks.org. We read every message and aim to reply within a few days.
Found a bug or want to suggest a location edit?
If you're signed in, the fastest way to reach us is the Report a bug button on the map — it lands directly in our queue along with the technical context we need to act on it. The same goes for suggesting an edit to an existing location, right from that location's detail panel.
Account, data, or privacy requests
To request a copy of your data, delete your account, or ask about anything in our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, email nomad@dexworks.org from the address on your account so we can verify it's you.
